She’s really friendly super responsive on message and chatty about possible about future sets of nails and what’s possible. Her salon is super clean and tidy, one thing I loved is how she keeps it this way throughout and gets rid of all the nail dust as in my past experience some haven’t. She is so much more thorough than other nail techs but to be honest she’s not just a nail tech she’s a nail artist! I never felt like just another client she was rushing to get over and done with! "I used to get my nails done in various high street salons just for special occasions because each time I had them done, I was left with painful cuts on my cuticles which sometimes got infected or damage to my nails from being filled so thin. My last experience with a high street salon was terrible and left me with very painful fingers which lasted a couple of weeks. I was put off getting my nails done again till I saw Madelaine’s advert. I contacted her and discussed my concerns given my last experience. She was so understanding and made me feel at ease. She always takes her time and takes pride in her work. I have never had any cuts to my cuticles since she’s being doing my nails. She really cares about her clients and their nail health and doesn’t make you feel like just another appointment in her diary. In addition to this, she is easy to talk to and will discuss options and is honest about whether colours/designs will suit my hands/skin tone.
